Add Mission Brief metadata (Goal, Success Criteria, Constraints) to spec templates and validate them in the clarify command with mode-aware behavior. - Add Mission Brief fields to spec-template.md and spec-template-build.md - Add Mission Brief Validation section to clarify.md before Three-Pillar Validation - Spec Mode: blocks if Mission Brief fields missing (required) - Build Mode: warns but allows skip (recommended) - Update specify.md to use Goal field from Mission Brief for context.md Mission Closes #46
